Mentor with Sydney business owners
Business Mentors Sydney matches experienced operators with Sydney business owners who need a mentor, not a consultant. If you're a current or former CEO, managing director, or senior executive with a track record in running businesses, and you're open to occasional mentoring engagements when the right brief comes along, we'd like to hear from you.
Mentoring roles through our network are paid engagements. Session frequency is set by the client's needs — typically once a week or once a month — and is agreed directly between you and the client at the start of the engagement. Your session fee is yours to set. We provide guidance on current market rates if that's useful, but the rate is your decision.
You're under no obligation to accept any brief. John approaches mentors selectively, matching the brief to your background and experience. You review the brief and decide whether it's the right engagement for you at the time. Turning down a brief that doesn't suit you is expected and entirely reasonable.
We don't run a public directory. Expressions of interest are reviewed personally by John. If your background fits the kinds of briefs we run, he'll be in touch.
